We’ll enjoy its spectacular views that are best to admire in June and July while various colors are blooming. We will then proceed to the small medieval town of Norcia that is surrounded by city walls and gates. We’ll walk through the beautiful historic city center and have lunch at a trattoria that serves food and several different salumi that are typical dishes of the region.
We’ll return to our hotel for a short break and then enjoy dinner at a local trattoria frequented only by locals to enjoy its scrumptious food and warmhearted atmosphere.

Our day will begin with a scenic dive through the mountains to a typical Italian farming home with unforgettable mountain views. We’ll have a truffle hunting adventure in the hills with a truffle hunter and his scent dog, followed by lunch at their family’s farming home.
On the way back, we will stop at the picturesque town of Spoleto that is world famous for its music festival held each July. We’ll explore some of the town’s magnificent sites like the castle, Duomo, roman bridge, and narrow roads.
