Sunday Visit a charming water mill and taste award-winning Prosecco di Conegliano
Sunday will begin with a visit to an antique water mill close to a water fall that is still producing flour today. We will then visit a winery in Conegliano that is run by a mother and her son. There we will taste their Proseccos made with natural fermentation that are brut and extra dry. You will discover why they won a competition in 2015 among more than 100 other wineries!
We will enjoy lunch together at a traditional trattoria visited just by locals, followed by a walk through Conegliano with an English-speaking guide.
We will return to the hotel at the end of the day and have dinner nearby at a delightful restaurant.

On Monday morning, we will stroll through Asolo, one of the most captivating towns of this medieval region. As you get lost in its streets, you’ll discover interesting secrets of art, royal mansions, markets, delicatessen shops, and craftsmen workshops. At the same time, you’ll enjoy beautiful vistas of the Veneto flatlands and the Alps in the distance.
We will then visit the winery of an old Palladian villa protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here we will experience exquisite Italian art and architecture, as well as enjoy wine tasting and lunch at the osteria on the property. Later in the afternoon, we will tour Bassano del Grappa located on the Brenta river just beside Monte Grappa. In this area, we will visit a historical grappa producer for a tasting and enjoy a pleasant promenade under the radiant atmosphere of the town.
In the evening, we will return to our hotel and have dinner at a nearby restaurant that has an exceptional reputation.
