Experience A Ferrari Driving, Taste The Precious Aged Balsamic Vinegar & Enjoy A Gourmet Lunch.
The Ferrari is one of the most iconic symbols of Italy. During this tour you will be able to experience this luxury car firsthand!
We will pick you up from your hotel in Bologna first thing in the morning and drive to the Galleria Ferrari in Maranello. Here you will see and experience all things Ferrari at the place where this glamorous vehicle was born. At the end of your visit, you will even have the opportunity to take a famous Ferrari “California” for a 20-minute test drive!
After your exciting morning, we will drive to a charming nearby restaurant for lunch. Here we will indulge on dishes featuring regional products like Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Prosciutto di Parma, and balsamic vinegar of Modena, accompanied by Lambrusco, a regional red sparkling wine.
Because we will be in the heart of the production region for balsamic vinegar of Modena, it’s only fitting that we visit a traditional “acetaia” to taste this famous product while in the area. On our way back to Bologna, we will receive a tour from a prestigious owner and producer of aceto balsamico tradizionale do Modena. He will guide us through the barrels of product as it is aged, explaining the production and aging process. You will get to taste this product at various ages, even up to 25 years!
We will arrive back in Bologna around 4pm after a day full of memorable experiences.
